OakNorth provides £10.8m loan to Chatham Waters Care Home
OakNorth has provided a £10.8m loan to support the development of a new 75-bed care home at Chatham Waters. A joint venture between Montpelier Estates and the Hervines Group, the facility will provide specialist dementia and nursing care. The funding ensures the delivery of high-quality later living amenities, including a cinema and sensory gardens, meeting the growing demand for elderly care in the Medway area.
