Who we are looking for

CARE STAFF  

We’re looking for care staff who can support residents with daily living, personal care, and companionship, while building strong relationships and offering emotional support. Collaborative working with colleagues and families is central to our ‘One Team’ approach.

HOSPITALITY & KITCHEN STAFF  

Our hospitality and kitchen teams prepare and serve meals using fresh, local ingredients, create welcoming social spaces in the café/bistro, restaurant, and support mealtimes and social events throughout the home.

HOUSEKEEPING & DOMESTIC STAFF  

Housekeeping and domestic staff help maintain clean, comfortable, and safe environments. Their attention to detail contributes to the homely atmosphere and supports resident dignity in everyday life.

MAINTENANCE STAFF

Maintenance team to help maintain a safe and active environment. Their quiet efficiency contributes to the effective running of the home, and our residents service experience every day.

ADMINISTRATION STAFF

Front of House, Reception and Administration roles are essential to support our resident’s, families and staff teams experience in the home. An essential part of the team to support the overall quality of care and services delivered

WELLBEING & ACTIVITIES COORDINATORS  

Wellbeing and activities coordinators plan and deliver meaningful activities, encourage social connection and community engagement, and work creatively to enhance each resident’s quality of life.

MANAGEMENT & LEADERSHIP

Our management and leadership team oversee daily operations and care standards, lead with compassion and accountability, and drive continuous improvement and staff development across the home.
