Chatham Waters Care Home tops out
A significant construction milestone has been reached with the official topping out of the Chatham Waters Care Home. Developed by Montpelier Estates and Peel Waters, the 75-bed facility is now one step closer to completion. The ceremony marks the progress of the four-storey development, which remains on schedule to provide essential dementia care and social facilities to the Kent community by this summer.
